I am the Human Resources and Sales Manager for Barcelona-home, a small and international company in the rental accommodation sector. In this role I manage Human Resources procedures and activities and I am responsible for dealing with potential partners and managing their relationships. The most rewarding part of my job is creating new partnership opportunities; in the sales department I am in charge of dealing with different kinds of businesses and offering them the best partnership solution (affiliate or sponsor). Among my HR projects, my colleagues and I created a great network of partners (training institutions) from all over the world. Before joining Barcelona-home I worked for two establishments within the education sector, donQuijote and Abat Oliba CEU, where I met great people coming from different cultures and countries. Particularly, as my boss went through some health problems, I managed the whole office from October to December 2014. From 2014 to 2015 (1 year) Barcelona Area, SpainInternational Sales & Marketing interns @ I had a number of responsibilities but especially enjoyed working on the Affiliation Programme, for which I was responsible for promotion and sales to Italian and American Training institutions.
