I have worked across many areas of the advertising industry including display and video, but more recently specialising in mobile. I have a technical operations background, including the setup of campaign, managing delivery,optimisation, 3rd party tracking and discrepancies, tag creation, site development and CSS templating. I have been involved in assisting the management and training of team members. Part of my focus in each of my roles has to been to take a project lead on certain areas of each business and recommend and present to the higher management solutions of the particular project.Ad Operations Manager @ From September 2015 to Present (2 months) mMedia and 3PD Account Manager, EMEA @ Moving into this role, I have developed my knowledge of the mobile industry, but also how things work from a network side, between network and advertiser, and network and publisher. In my role, I manage the 3rd party demand clients, which includes mainly affiliate networks, but also some performance marketing networks. My role is split into 2 parts - the first is to manage the clients needs, from dealing with day to day queries and providing reports to helping them implement any conversion and affiliate tracking, assisting with server to server integration and URL construction. I also work very closely with the analysts and traffic teams on the management of the campaigns, ensuring that they meet their performance goals. The second part of my role is to manage the self-serve platform, where clients are largely responsible for creating and managing campaigns themselves, but will always need assistance with this. Part of this includes, training them on the platform, helping them with setting up campaigns when they have difficulties, but mostly it is about providing recommendations to them to improve their performances and scale their spend within the platform. I have to provide daily and monthly reports on activity to the wider business, both in the UK and globally, reporting into the Senior 3PD manager. Within the internal business, I make suggestions to the platform team about how we can improve the platform based on the needs of the clients and our competitors within the industry. Part of my role has also been learning and working with Millennial's DSP platform, plugging into some of the major players in mobile programmatic. I have been taking a more hands on approach to the platform to develop my knowledge in this area. I have been involved in the process to grow the team, from interviewing, to helping train and manage the new executives with the team. From May 2014 to September 2015 (1 year 5 months) LondonDigital Campaign Manager @ After spending a year as a campaign executive, during which time I developed a wide array of skills across display media, rich media, mobile and video, I moved into a campaign management role and senior team member. I took on a more project management and technical development role, assisting web development teams in the transition to responsive design sites from a digital advertising perspective. It was my job to ensure that all major rich media and IAB 'rising star'​ formats were incorporated into all sites, largely focussed on mobile and tablet. I was responsible for working with 3rd party rich media vendors to ensure that as a publisher we were working with the most modern and user-engaging formats. I was also the technical contact in the team, reacting to all troubleshooting, tracking and implementation queries. I worked closely with sales and clients directly, and also with development teams to implement new relevant codes onto the sites. It was part of my job to maintain and update the company Creative Specs document, ensuring this was meeting with IAB guidelines. I worked across some of the UK's biggest Lifestyle and specialist consumer brands, liaising with Bauer's central Trading team and some of my other responsibilities included managing the relationship with the Ad-Servers technical support team, training newer members of the team and assisting the rest of the team with day-to-day delivery of campaigns and escalations. The day-to-day activities were trafficking the campaigns, using Ad Tech ad-server, optimising campaigns towards their KPIs, providing reports for the campaigns and supporting the campaign managers on project work and some troubleshooting and testing. I was largely responsible for the digital trading sales team, working across all major UK agencies and trading desks for a combination of display activity and creative solutions. This was largely focussed on desktop activity, although there were small elements of mobile and tablet.
