CareGivers America’s history began in the 1990s when Paul Bartoletti, founder and CEO, owned and operated two personal care homes. Despite his best attempts to make his facilities beautiful, he frequently would hear residents wishing they could live at home.
In 2002, Paul and his wife, Lisa, opened CareGivers America. Their mission was seemingly simple: Keep people home. With those three words in mind, the founders began hiring caregivers to provide in home personal care and homemaker services. However, as the years progressed, they found that to keep people home, they needed to offer more than just non-medical services. What evolved was a company that could meet ALL of a consumer’s home care needs, no matter their age, diagnosis, or their ability to pay for services.
CareGivers America Senior and Elder CareToday, the company offers Care Management Services, Non-Medical Home Care, Home Health Nursing and Therapy, Medical Supplies, Hospice and more!
CareGivers America continues to be privately owned by Paul and Lisa Bartoletti. They employ their daughter, brother, and niece among countless administrative staff that they consider to be just like family.
The organization prides itself on understanding the needs of their staff and always remembering their mission: Keep People Home.
