The Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority (ACRA) is the national regulator of business entities, public accountants and corporate service providers in Singapore. ACRA also plays the role of a facilitator for the development of business entities and the public accountancy profession.
The mission of ACRA is to provide a responsive and trusted regulatory environment for businesses, public accountants and corporate service providers. ACRA’s role is to achieve synergies between the monitoring of corporate compliance with disclosure requirements and regulation of public accountants performing statutory audit.
ACRA was formed as a statutory board on 1 April 2004, following the merger of the then Registry of Companies and Businesses (RCB), and the Public Accountants’ Board (PAB).
At ACRA, we make Singapore a trusted and best place for business. Our people are proactive and self-starters, empowered to create value and grow their careers in an environment that fosters trust and respect.
If you wish to seek new challenges and embark on a rewarding career with ACRA, we want to meet you! Please visit our career page at https://www.acra.gov.sg/careers/ for more information.
