He is admitted to practice in the Colorado state courts, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, and the United States Court of Appeals for the 10th Circuit. Kevin was a member of the law review at Duke and received the Note of the Year Award during his second year of law school. In 1995, Kevin graduated with honors from Duke Law School and joined the Mahoney Law Firm that same year. He is admitted to practice in the Colorado and Wyoming state courts, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, the United States District Court for the District of Wyoming, and the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit. Paul and Kevin are members of the American Association for Justice, and the Colorado Trial Lawyers' Association. Kevin is also a member of the Wyoming Trial Lawyers' Association.
