Sage Dental Consulting was founded by dental industry veterans Genevieve Poppe & Hendrik Lai with nearly 50 years of broad global and local experience in the dental industry – including clinical, operational and business experience in solo private practices, group practices, DSO, military, not-for-profit, and academic settings. Sage Dental Consulting offers services tailored to the business lifecycle of our clients and includes strategic planning (including risk management and business continuity planning), M&A due diligence, operational optimization (including patient scheduling, revenue cycle management, practice growth, and inventory management), doctor and team coaching and leadership development.
