The Oshkosh / Winnebago County Housing Authority provides affordable rental housing assistance, homebuyer support, and resident services to low and moderately low income families living in Winnebago County, WI. Formed in 1970, The Housing Authority now maintains over 650 Public Housing units including family, single, disabled, and elderly units, administers over 400 Housing Choice Vouchers, owns and maintains the properties of multiple group homes, coordinates a family self sufficiency program, and facilitates the county's home ownership program. Oshkosh / Winnebago County Housing Authority is a joint agency served by separate Boards of Commissioners. We are an equal opportunity employer.
