Northern Ohio Regional MLS

Northern Ohio Regional Multiple Listing Service, Inc. (NORMLS) was organized under the laws of the State of Ohio and commenced operations on March 1, 1986. NORMLS (the Company) operates a multiple listing service (MLS) in the Northern Ohio region. The purpose of the MLS is to enable authorized participants to make unilateral offers of compensation to other members, to enable the contribution of listings to a common database, to enable the preparation of appraisals and to enable participants to serve their clients and the public via the orderly correlation and dissemination of real estate listing information among the members.
