CEO of MTJ, Kenyu Yamamoto, was working in the tourism industry when he stumbled upon a problem. He met many travelers from abroad who wanted to live in Japan but they didn’t know how. That’s where the idea of MTJ came about. A company that helps foreigners live and work in Japan. Established in December of 2018, My Tomodachi Japan (MTJ) is a temporary staffing company and advisory service that helps foreigners integrate into Japan. With a capital stock of 20 million yen, MTJ is here to support you in making your Japanese life the best it can be. Whether you're in Japan already or looking to move into Japan, MTJ is here to support you and treat you as a close tomodachi (friend). We want to make Japan a more diverse country but in order to do that, we need people who are determined, open-minded and overall excited about coming here. No other company like us exists and that’s why we want to help you as much as possible.
