A graduate from Irene's Myomassology Institute, Jen holds the belief that everyone should take time for self care through healing touch. She is trained in many massage modalities that include, but not limited to, medicupping, side lying (special needs), prenatal, hot/cold stone, muscle mechanics, myofacial release, trigger point therapy and Swedish (relaxation) massage. She is committed to work with her clients as their needs may change from session to session. Jen is dedicated to a healthy lifestyle including daily exercise and preparing clean and nutritious foods for her family. In addition, Jen has been a personal and group fitness instructor for over 10 years.
