Food Entrepreneurship Hub At Aarhus University

Food eHub is an entrepreneurship-project which helps students at Aarhus University start their own businesses within the food and agriculture industries. Given the current challenges of efficient and plentiful food production, we have a specific focus on sustainability and green businesses. We offer students the opportunity to become part of an incubator programme, tailored to embed entrepreneurs in food industry networks, often crucial to becoming successful in the regulated markets and quirky corners of Food & Agriculture. The Food eHub was created at the Department of Food Science at Aarhus University, and we therefore have an extensive network in the food and agriculture industry. The purpose of the Food eHub is therefore, also, to open up this network and embed student entrepreneurs in Food and Agriculture networks.
