Accelerate your team's development by combining all of the necessary growth elements in a single half day event. Teams will learn, do, and share together. This combination of activities is proven to be the most effective way to rapidly increase self awareness and growth. The package includes an escape room (hosted by Escapology) as well as a professional development workshop on a topic of your choice (self awareness, communication, collaboration, leading through influence, and more). After you practice your teamwork by completing an escape room challenge together, your team will discuss the experience to identify learning opportunities and better understand their behavior and team dynamics.
