Our professional and highly specialized teams develop innovative solutions around our proven Allocare AMS asset management software driven by the evolving demands of modern portfolio management. We maintain close relationship with our more than 50 customers. The bulk of them have been with us for many years. Our customers are active in various segments of financial markets in Switzerland and abroad. Since the foundation of the company in 2001 the shareholder structure has changed several times. After a buyout in January 2017 from State Street the management of the company now holds 100% of the capital.
