Following the traditional credit union structure, we are a group of people - about 19,000 - who have pooled our savings so that we can help one another achieve our goals. Texas Partners FCU formed in 1953 when seven civilian employees on Fort Hood in Killeen, Texas, came together. At the time, we were Fort Hood Federal Credit Union. As decades went by more groups were able to join the credit union and we changed our name to Hoodview Federal Credit Union, and later Texas Partners Federal Credit Union. Today membership is available to anyone who lives, works, worships or goes to school in Bell, Coryell or Lampasas counties. As a not-for-profit financial institution, we are proud to offer our members lower rates on things like auto loans, mortgages and personal loans. We also have Credit Builder loans to help members build better credit. Our full array of financial services and products include: savings acounts, term savings accounts (CDs), IRAs, checking accounts with debit cards, loans, reloadable prepaid debit cards, online banking, mobile banking and mobile deposit.
