Description
Information
etc.venues is a collection of urban day venues for training, meetings, conferences and events in London, New York, Birmingham and Manchester! We are a fast growing challenger brand that loves great customer service, contemporary design, edgy communication and outwitting our larger rivals. However, what we are really proud of, is that we have continued to honour our founding principles to do the simple things well, to put service first, to be green where we can and to be that little bit better than everyone else. In 2017 we opened our largest venue in the iconic County Hall, which boasts a superb location on the riverside next to The London Eye and opposite The Houses of Parliament & Big Ben. In the same year we opened our first venue in Manchester. We will host nearly 900,000 delegates at 18,000 events in 2019 with revenues expected to pass £70m maintaining our near 20% growth rate of the past 5 years. Across the portfolio we have over 250 dedicated training, meeting and conference rooms in a range of sizes that can hold from 2 to 900 delegates. We’ve scooped our fair share of awards over the years most recently in June 2018 we were included once again in 1000 Companies to Inspire Britain and announced that we secured new investment from Gencom and Benchmark, a Global Hospitality Company which would be transformational to our global ambitions. In 2019, we announced the opening of two new London venues, 133 Houndsditch, which houses our largest conference space to date accommodating up to 700 delegates in one state-of-the-art room and Chancery Lane to open later in the year. We also announced our first venue opening in New York with more to follow very shortly. Our MD Alastair Stewart also picked up the 'Transformational Leader' award at the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year 2019 London & South Region. You can even find us on YouTube, like us on Facebook or follow us on Twitter and Instagram!
