Tender Care Hospice

Tender Care Hospice is a full service Hospice Care agency offering physician, nursing, home health aide, social work, chaplain, volunteer, therapy and bereavement services to people living along Utah's Wasatch front. We help patients and their families cope with end-of-life concerns such as physical limitations, medical decisions and other related issues, and offer both spiritual and emotional support during these times. By providing professional long-term, health, palliative and respite care services to our patients in their homes, assisted living centers, nursing facilities or wherever else they reside, we enable families to experience more quality time with their loved ones than would otherwise be possible.
