See Me

See Me is Scotland’s national programme to end mental health stigma and discrimination. We are creating a movement to bring an end to the stigma that has been unfairly attached to mental illness. We want people all over Scotland to take action and together our united and powerful voice can change negative behaviour, allowing people who experience mental health problems the same opportunities as other to lead fulfilled lives. See Me's work will be led by people with lived experience of mental health problems to identify and tackle the real issues that are affecting people. All See Me's work moving forward will have a human rights based approach, underpinned by law, to protect the rights of people with mental health problems.
