Konstellation and Republica merged in September 2015, uniting the worlds of retail and digital innovation. Republica was a successful 'one-stop-shop'​ in Albertslund, known for efficient, fast delivery for a variety of retail clients from food to timber and from kiosks to malls. The agency was established in 1960 with over 100 employees and a production service branch in Bangladesh, developing and producing hundreds of thousands of online and offline publications annually. Konstellation, a creative digital agency, was founded in 2006 by Thomas Pries and two partners in Copenhagen. Its mission? To "Move brands to new playgrounds"​.
