Rae of Light was originally founded to provide operations and staffing solutions to fellow business owners on a mission to impact society. We serve small teams that prove they don’t need a suit and tie to #ShineBright beyond their competitors while they get ish done better. We find our place in the world as the specialist in bringing these “unprofessional” teams into the digital world, providing a non traditional work environment that works for a non traditional team.
