Parilio, a member of Design Hotels, the name of which is derived from ‘Paros’ and the Greek word for the sun ‘ilios’, is a 33 suite retreat characterized by the cycladic simplicity. Parilio Hotel which opened July 2019 is the new entry in our portfolio and is located on the island’s northeastern cost, between stunning Kolympithres beach and the jewel town of Naousa. Mr. E Restaurant immigrates to Paros, as initially inspired and created by the celebrated Chef, Alexandros Tsiotinis being a rhapsody to the Greek and Mediterranean cuisine combined with Paros local products and casual elegance.
