Tami Pardee's expertise in Southern California real estate and entrepreneurship is unrivaled. As owner and principal broker of Pardee Properties since 2005, Tami is currently ranked the #1 broker in Los Angeles and, to date, her company has sold over $5.7 billion worth of residential and commercial properties. She was recently nominated by the Los Angeles Business Journal for CEO of the year. Tami, who received her undergraduate degree from Boston University and her MBA from Loyola Marymount University, spent several years working for a large corporate entity before she created a business where she could give back to the community in which she was living and working. With the belief that a home purchase is one of the most important life decisions, Tami launched Pardee Properties to help clients fulfill their home buying dreams. With her unique business model of creating a work family through staff employees (rather than independent contractors), Pardee Properties has built a culture that has resulted in continued success and a consistent ranking of #1 for sales in its region. Furthering her deep commitment to the Venice community, Tami created the Life-Changer Program, which empowers the transformation of lives and communities by active participation and significant financial contributions to local charities including Teen Project, Harvest Home, Homeless Task Force, Venice Community Housing Corporation and more. Tami battles multiple sclerosis (MS) but she won't let that (or anything else) stop her. When not in the office, Tami is empowering others through speaking engagements, she is a member of the Santa Monica chapter of the YPO and she is busy raising her four children.
