About Magic Hour Films Set up in 1984 (and known as Lise Lense-Møller Film in its early years), Magic Hour Films has produced a wealth of short films and documentaries as well as feature films of which many has received international awards. Based in Copenhagen, Magic Hour Films develops and produces fiction and documentary films for children and adults for the national as well as international markets. A large number of productions are international co-productions. The company also seeks to develop and promote new talent and to consult and supervise talent and up-coming companies. The fiction films aim to invest high quality dramas with psychologically interesting characters and a humanistic commitment. The documentaries aim to treat and raise important ethical, existential, or social questions. Magic Hour Films is a small flexible company with a very flexible structure and an extended working relationship with free-lancers in all areas of film business. In addition, producer and managing director, Lise Lense-Møller, is a European expert in producing and production, who over the last 15 years continously have been lecturing and leading international workshops, a.o. for the MEDIA training programme EAVE. For the same reason the company has an extensive European network.
