KCIL’s mission is to provide information, advice and support to all disabled people living in the Royal Borough of Kingston and the surrounding areas. Established in 1968, KCIL is a registered charity and registered company working to empower and support disabled people in the Royal Borough of Kingston upon Thames.
KCIL is a member-led disability organisation, guided by a Board of Trustees. KCIL currently provides a range of services to over 600 disabled people, resident in or visiting the borough. KCIL works in partnership with Kingston Council, Clinical Commissioning Group, Achieving for Children and a wide range of local voluntary organisations and the local business and entertainment sectors and will work with any organisation which works towards equality and empowerment for local disabled people.
