At Horseware, our mission is to “Make Life Better”. Everyday we come to work to try and make life better for the horse, the rider, our retail partners, our employees and the world. The company was founded by Tom MacGuinness in 1985 out of the necessity to make life better for the horse. He had a very simple philosophy back then: “If you could send a man to the moon, we could make a horse rug that that didn’t leak, didn’t make the horse sweat and didn’t move when the horse rolled, and so the Rambo original rug was born”. Today, we are the global brand leader in horse rugs and equine products, selling to over 70 countries worldwide, with more than 500 employees and wholly owned facilities in Ireland, the USA, China and Cambodia. And our Rambo rug is still the world leader in innovation, quality and fit.
