Guardia Properties LLC is a full service property management firm. We specialize in managing single family homes, duplexes, triplexes, townhomes, and condominiums throughout the Twin Cities and surrounding areas. Our client base is varied. We work with investors with a portfolio of rental properties, single property owners, and homeowners who have found selling their home to be a challenge who are looking for viable options. We manage all level pricing with regards to properties. We have small single family homes that rent for $650/month to large executive style homes exceeding $3,500/month and everything in between. We are also experienced in working with Section 8 homes.
