Exchange Lab

The Exchange Lab is a platform for delivering the public services people expect, in British Columbia and beyond. We partner inside and outside government to design and deliver solutions to public challenges. We're here to improve people's lives, address the province's priorities and improve the public's experience of government. Our team of teams operates from a collaborative place residing in the territory of the Lekwungen-speaking peoples, commonly known today as Victoria, BC - our province's capital city. That place - our Lab - is a creative space where multi-disciplinary teams of public servants, technologists and partners come together to experiment, learn, model new ways of working, and collectively solve wicked public problems.
