DCS's company headquarters are located in Austin, Texas with engineering services including master planning; transportation; drainage; water and wastewater treatment; permitting; water distribution, pumping, and storage; biosolids; reclaimed water; structural; and wastewater collection. DCS provides innovative solutions to clients through our in-depth technical expertise on new and old technologies combined with hands-on engineering, applied in the field, where the facilities we design are constructed to perform under a wide array of conditions.
