ABOUT US Breeze Property Group is a real estate investment and management company focused primarily on single-family and multifamily rental real estate. We aim to improve the communities we serve by creating a better-quality affordable workforce housing product, utilizing a mix of technology and operational processes. Headquartered in NYC with investments in 5 states across the US, Breeze Property Group was founded in 2017 by partners who have more than 30 years of combined experience in real estate, financial services, software development and online marketing. Over the past two years we invested over $1M of our own capital to build a portfolio of ~100 units, then received investments to double to 200 units. We have refined strategies to acquire units below market and rapidly create cash flow. Unlike many real estate operations that focus on long term real estate appreciation for returns, we focus on high and immediate cash flow properties allowing us to provide attractive returns within a shorter investment time frame.
