Amongst its investment portfolio are significant real estate assets valued at AED 3.8 billion (USD 1.0 billion) with a yearly revenue of AED 400 million (USD 110 million), including:   • Al Wahda City consisting of:     • Grand Millennium Al Wahda Hotel:          Five-star hotel and the largest hotel in Abu Dhabi with 850 rooms and suites.     • Al Wahda City Office Tower:          33-story tower with 29,000 sqm (312,000 sqft) of luxury office space.     • Al Wahda City Residential Tower:          33-story tower with 53,000 sqm (570,280 sqft) across 294 luxury apartments.   • Al Wahda Mall – 91,000 sqm of retail space.   • 400,000 sqm (4.5 million sqft) in undeveloped properties.
