VELO Sports Center

We are the VELO Sports Center, America's premier indoor velodrome, and we are committed to the growth of cycling at all levels. Youth, beginner, intermediate, and advanced training programs are available to all those curious about, and interested in riding our track. We cater to every ability, from first-timers to Olympians. We are located on the grounds of the Dignity Health Sports Park in Carson, CA - home to the MLS LA Galaxy and NFL LA Chargers - and since our opening in 2004 have hosted UCI World Championships, UCI World Cups, USA National Championships and hundreds of other elite, regional and local events. Our 72 degree temperature-controlled facility features a 250m oval track made of Siberian Pine that is 45 degrees at its steepest point. We are open year-round. Our infield is convertible and when not being used for cycling purposes can be seen hosting basketball and/or volleyball. Our infield also hosts a dedicated USA Tennis weight training section.
