Finance: Development appraisals, financial modelling, sensitivities appraisal of delivery and financial structures and fundraising.
Implementation: Delivery vehicles for the public and private sectors, implementation and phasing plans, marketing, public sector procurement, private sector bidding, financial and commercial negotiations.
Project Co-ordination: Managing public and private sector partnership; co-ordinating funding applications; risk management; project leadership and budgetary control.
