Urban Delivery is a regeneration and property consultancy. It was established to meet the challenges set by the urban agenda and enable new development to take place in a planned and co-ordinated manner. Finance: Development appraisals, financial modelling, sensitivities appraisal of delivery and financial structures and fundraising. Implementation: Delivery vehicles for the public and private sectors, implementation and phasing plans, marketing, public sector procurement, private sector bidding, financial and commercial negotiations.
