TransCapital Real Estate Management grew from real estate relationship between Lyn Ivans and Rosalind Olson that started in 2005. Lyn has over 19 years experience in managing single family homes, apartment communities, commercial building, and mixed use buildings. Rosalind has a distinguished 15 year real estate career including over 6 years spent as an appraiser, 13 years as a property manager, and 13 years as broker owner of her own real estate brokerage. In addition, Rosalind sets herself apart from other agents and brokers by being one of few real estate professionals in the greater Sacramento area who is also a real estate attorney.
