Mission statement: The Arts Center is dedicated to integrating the arts into community life through dynamic collaborations, innovative outreach programs, diverse exhibitions and cultural events, and creative educational opportunities. The Arts Center has a number of programs: Exhibition program with two exhibition spaces with 10 exhibits each every calendar year. Exhibits are hgeared towards the community as learning tools for arts appreciation, but also as participants. Youth arts education through summer art camps (Globetrotters Arts and Culture Camp), ongoing classes and outreach to at risk youth. ArtCare where we work with staff and patients in the health care industry to brighten their day, as well as beautificatiion of the hospital environement. ArtShop with high quality fine crafts from regional artists; one of a kind items are the emphasis.
