The Art World

The Art World consists of artists, self-defined, working on their craft, be it visual or other forms of art. The critical component is that the art created is meant to be experienced by, but not necessarily for, others. The broad definition is meant to encompass as many artforms, and, therefore, as many artists as possible. Why/How: Linked in did not recognize another artist as my colleague in the art world. Hence "The Art World." As all art forms have some basic element of design, this is the broadest definition/category currently available. You may disagree with that. But we respectfully disagree.
