Join us for weekly public classes on Baker Beach, Ocean Beach + Crissy Field or hire us for a private event for your team. The silent disco yoga experience: Our public classes draw around 100 people to practice together, to dance with the ocean and the beat of your own rhythm. We supply headphones, beats and lead an all-levels lighthearted yoga class . Over the past 2 years we've hosted 15k+ yogis and guests from over 40 countries to enjoy our signature silent disco yoga experience in the most iconic and breathtaking places in the world, right here in our beautiful backyard in SF.
