Megalabs USA, LLC is a subsidiary of the Megalabs Group and was established through the acquisition of Victus Inc. in June of 2022. Megalabs is a pharmaceutical company committed to offering health care professionals and consumers therapeutic solutions for a healthier life. We are present in over 20 countries and have a diverse product portfolio of more than 1800 products across varying therapeutic segments. Megalabs USA, LLC is the base for our business expansion and will be pivotal to scale up our operations in North America. Through the acquisition of Victus we will continue to offer its innovative portfolio of nutritional products across the region and continue to focus on the Wellness and natural market which is one of the strategic segments we aim to grow in the coming years.
