Frontier International is a subsidiary of NewTech Services Holding Limited (Cyprus) founded in 2009. Frontier International develops technology within the following Business Divisions: Drilling Services, Completion Systems and Capital Equipment. The company's Drilling Services Division designs, manufactures, and operates bottom-hole-assembly tools and technologies; and state-of-the-art managed pressure drilling systems. Its Completion Systems Division provides services comprising single, dual and multistage completions; open-hole and cased-hole well completion services and equipment, such as packers, safety valves, and expandable systems. The company's Capital Equipment Division markets bottom-hole-assembly, managed pressure drilling and completion equipment as well as provides post-sale services. Frontier International comprises of a number of manufacturing and operating companies including Frontier Oil Tools LLC, Wolverine Oilfield Technologies LLC.
