Forest Light Capital acquires family owned and founder led companies in traditional Main Street sectors, where the owners want to transition and the next generation does not want to take over. We work with the Sellers to transition their business under new leadership, professionalize business operations, sales and financial management and grow the company. We buy companies that have proven performance and a consistent track record. Currently we own businesses in a diverse range of industries including: produce, distribution, commercial cleaning and building maintenance, insulation, and nursing care.
