He received his B.S. in Business Administration from Merrimack College, Andover, MA, and M.S. in Accounting from New Hampshire College, Manchester, NH. David founded ETS, Inc. over 15 years ago. · Acting Controller for several small to mid-size business · Maintain corporate financial records for over 45 businesses on a monthly basis · Prepare client budget and forecasted financial statements · Assist business owners with tax planning and general business consulting · Act as client liaison in all matters dealing with either the federal and/or state tax authorities · Prepare in excess of 100 Corporate and/or partnership tax returns annually · Prepare in excess of 500 Individual tax returns annually · Successful history of negotiating IRS tax settlements for indivudual and business clients.
