CrossFit Fig

At CrossFit Fig we train incredibly hard; harder than you probably thought possible. Our members break down barriers everyday they step foot in our facility. The training is intense, and it creates a bond among our members that can’t be faked. We sweat, we bleed, we expose weaknesses and we get stronger together. Rather than resting on weight machines and ellipticals, members train with expert-led classes such as CrossFit, Kettle Box, Real Fit and Yoga. At CrossFit Fig there are no ego’s, no room for bad attitudes. We are supportive, we are competitive, and we want to introduce you to CrossFit!
