The Colorado State University studies were designed to quantify Certified Hereford Beef’s merits in the minds and mouths of Americans. The results showed Certified Hereford Beef® was superior in every category, including flavor and tenderness. In 1995, the American Hereford Association established the Certified Hereford Beef® program to carry on the time-honored tradition of tender, juicy and delicious beef.
