The Fletcher Group is a full-service in house marketing and advertising firm. It was started under the direction and dreams of Mr. Lee Fletcher, who was known for this passion of media and creative ideas. After Lee passed away after battling cancer, Amanda McMullen, Lee’s longtime associate, continued on with his dream with the same zest for life, creativity, and helping businesses grow…and it shows. From radio, television, web design, print and still photos, The Fletcher Group (or TFG as it’s known) has an amazing staff that likes to think ‘outside of the box’ and to take its clients to the next level. As a consulting group for the Mayor of Monroe, Congressional and Senatorial Members, TFG has been blessed with multiple opportunities to reach out to the public in many ways, but more importantly, helping its political figures reach their goals and dreams. TFG has won numerous Addy Awards(c) for its creative work, and that doesn’t look to change in the future, as they continue on with the legacy that Lee Fletcher started. KBYO, “Fun Radio” 92.7FM was birthed out of this same zest for life. Playing the best mix of the 80s, 90s, and today, the entire staff of “Fun” enjoys working together to introduce Monroe to more fun than it’s had in years. Lee would want it that way…
