Tonic Music for Mental Health is a registered charity with two programmes: Tonic Rider and Never Mind the Stigma. _____ Tonic Rider 'Promoting good mental health in the music industry' Providing online training courses, support groups, taught workshops and 1-to-1 sessions exclusively for working musicians and music industry professionals in the UK. Producing free resources in the form of booklets, zines and videos focusing on specific mental health topics within a music industry context. Offering commissioned training to music industry organisations and backstage support at gigs and festivals across the UK. Available for industry events and media requests. _____ Never Mind The Stigma as a response to the recent male suicides within our locality community, we provide mental health education and training around suicide as a preventive initiative, along with support for people experiencing suicide ideation and/or have been beavered by suicide.
