RCI is organized for the purpose of furthering the interests of manufacturing and retail confectioners and the retail confectionery industry. We are a trade association serving the chocolate and confectionery industry since 1917. Our members are comprised of chocolate makers, confectioners and industry suppliers with a passion for excellent confections.
