Pacific Hills Manor is a 99-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility tucked away in the charming bedroom community of Morgan Hill. Just 15 minutes south of San Jose, our facility prides itself on providing care that exceeds expectations.Our therapy staff includes experienced physical therapists, occupational therapists and speech therapists working 7 days a week to maximize your rehab potential and speed your recovery. Specializing in rehabilitation following orthopedic surgery, stroke, heart attack, CHF, COPD and general reconditioning, our nursing and therapy staff work together to help you achieve your highest possible level of function. Our goal is to help our residents obtain their highest level of independence and return them home.
