Heterodox Academy

Heterodox Academy (HxA) is a nonpartisan, nonprofit membership organization of thousands of faculty, staff, and students committed to advancing the principles of open inquiry, viewpoint diversity, and constructive disagreement to improve higher education and academic research. Heterodox’s members — professors, administrators, K-12 educators, staff, and students — come from a range of public and private higher education institutions, from K-12 schools to professional peer organizations, from large research institutions to community colleges. They represented nearly every discipline, and are distributed throughout 49 states and beyond.
