Offering the Original Hot Yoga (aka Bikram Yoga), Yin Yoga, cYoga and Inferno Hot Pilates. All hot yoga classes are practiced in a heated environment- 105F and 95F for hot pilates, both at 40% humidity. Be prepared to sweat, work hard and feel great afterwards! Plus experience all the health and fitness benefits these two different, yet complimentary, modalities have to offer. Our classes are designed for beginners. Our mission - Sharing Yoga and Pilates with as many people as possible while providing quality teaching with a caring, knowledgeable, and compassionate staff; all done in a clean and safe environment while honoring and maintaining the original discipline and modality.
