Also, we have several free resources like our Keto Calculator that helps individuals get started or optimize their calorie and macronutrient requirements. Our monthly Ketogenic+ service allows individuals to get a deeper understanding of keto knowledge & practical applications. Most recently, we have introduced a rigorous training program, “Keto Mastery". Our “Ketogenic Mastery Specialist” (KMS) program that gives you the history of ketosis and how scientific and nutritional research has changed over the years. This program has over 100+ hours of programming, is completely online and at the end of the program/qualifying exam you will be receive your KMS certification.
