Having worked in the construction industry for over 10 years, in varying roles, Odran has thorough understanding of site operations, construction techniques and material interfacing leading to a technical appreciation of functional design. Concerned with the technical side of design, Odran has a proven track record in managing the delivery of the overall project/production information to all relevant and applicable standards and to the satisfaction of the various project stake holders. Odran has an analytical and methodical approach to project management, which ensure’s a fully considered and co-ordinated design with accurate documentation packages delivered in a timely manner. Having graduated in 2007 Odran has worked on a range of commercial, retail, residential, educational, community and recreational projects in the UK and Ireland. He is familiar with CSH, BREEAM, Lifetime Homes, SBD, building regulations, JCT standard form and Design Build contract administration. Odran has excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills and an ability to influence decisions and develop positive external relationships. In recent years Odran has specialised in the technical co-ordination and delivery of production information for mixed use, residential and commercial projects from RIBA stage D through to completion. Odran is an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Architectural Technologists and is currently working towards Chartered status.

Technical Co-ordinator @ From January 2015 to Present (1 year) Technical Co-ordinator @ Odran joined the Saffron Sq. project as a Technical Co-ordinator. Working on the iconic 44 storey Saffron Tower which forms part of Croydons Vision 2020 regeneration Odran joined the project prior to topping out becoming heavily involved with the building fit out and infrastructure packages. From October 2014 to January 2015 (4 months) Senior Architectural Technologist @ Odran joined HTA Design LLP in September 2014 as a Senior Architectural Technologist, bringing a wealth of experience in JCT standard form and Design-Build contracts. Odran has been integral for the successful delivery of a mixed use development comprising of 351 residential units, Office accommodation, Retail space & Creche. Responsible for; technical co-ordination and delivery of high quality production information packages, resolution of detailing issues and ongoing technical support to site during the construction phase. Odran is currently working on a development comprising of 65 High end residential units due to start on site in September 2014 Odran has supervised junior members of staff to improving the standard of production information and developing their technical understanding of design issues. From September 2013 to September 2014 (1 year 1 month) London, United KingdomArchitectural Technologist @ Odran Joined TSH architects in 2009 working in the commercial and residential teams. Reporting to a company director and responsible for the delivery of detailed production information and contract administration, Odran oversaw the successful delivery of several key projects within the practice. Odran’s role involved traditional contract and design-Build appointments and involved technical co-ordination and ongoing site support through construction stages. Throughout employment by the practice Odran bolstered his technical expertise, positively influencing design decisions and developed external relationships with the practice. From September 2009 to September 2013 (4 years 1 month) Senior Architectural Technologist @ Odran joined McCann Moore as a senior technologist responsible for all technical aspects of the practice. A design led practice Odran supervised all technical output from the practice and provided pre-planning input, positively influencing design decisions.
