As a GRC Analyst at FleetNurse, I am at the forefront of enhancing our organization’s governance, risk management, and compliance strategies. My role involves not only the development and implementation of strategic risk management initiatives but also conducting comprehensive risk assessments that provide actionable insights to bolster our organizational resilience. With a focus on the healthcare sector, I lead contracted compliance projects that ensure our operations adhere to critical regulations such as the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

One of my key projects includes the integration of the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) into our operational framework, which has significantly improved our data security posture. I also conduct compliance gap analyses to identify areas for improvement, ensuring that FleetNurse not only meets but exceeds industry standards. My expertise extends to the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and NIST 800-53, allowing me to navigate complex regulatory landscapes effectively.
